• Contacting with the Thai fiancée to explain to her the legal implications of the prenuptial agreement by our Thai lawyer
• Drafting a legally binding agreement in both Thai and English languages
• Explanation of the agreement to both parties
• Legal acknowledgement of the agreement by our Thai lawyer
• Registration of the agreement when the marriage registration is done in Thailand
